Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, commission, and service industrial chillers, panel ACs, and cooling systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
  • Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
  • Prepare service reports after each visit.
  • Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and technical requirements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.
  • Follow company safety standards and service procedures.
  • Required QualificationsITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in service and maintenance (Freshers with technical knowledge may also apply).
  • Required SkillsKnowledge of electrical wiring and mechanical systems.
  • Basic understanding of refrigeration and HVAC systems.
  • Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
  • Ability to travel for field service.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.
