We manage SEO for 20+ client projects spanning manufacturing, B2B industrial, ecommerce and service businesses, and we work closely with each client to align search strategy with their actual business goals.

Role Description

The Senior SEO Specialist is a full-time, on-site role in Shela, Ahmedabad. You will own delivery on our key accounts directly, from audit through implementation, while setting the standard the wider team works to. Day to day, this means in-depth keyword research, technical and content audits, on-page optimisation, and link building in line with current best practices. You will monitor performance through web analytics, build client reports, and turn the findings into the next cycle of work. You will work alongside two SEO executives and collaborate with our content, development and marketing teams so search is built into projects from the start rather than added at the end.

What you will do

• Plan and execute SEO across client accounts: keyword research, technical and content audits, on-page optimisation, and ethical link building
• Resolve technical issues on WordPress and custom sites, including indexing, site speed, structured data and site architecture
• Track performance in Google Search Console and Analytics 4, prepare client reports, and translate the data into the next month’s priorities
• Review team output and maintain quality standards before client delivery
• Lead client conversations on what was done, what moved, and what comes next
• Refine and document our audit and reporting process so the team delivers consistently across accounts

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on SEO experience across multiple clients, with current day to day involvement in execution
• Strong keyword research and on-page optimisation skills
• Proven experience running comprehensive SEO audits covering technical, content and structural issues
• Effective link building, including outreach and relationship building
• Strong with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and Screaming Frog, and able to validate findings without relying on a single tool
• Advanced understanding of search engine algorithms and technical SEO, including site speed, mobile optimisation and structured data
• Practical experience with WordPress sites
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into daily workflow while holding output quality
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, plus Gujarati or Hindi for client conversations
• Agency or multi-client experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
