Job Title: Back Office & Sales Calling Executive


Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Back Office & Sales Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, follow-ups, sales coordination, and day-to-day back-office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services and generate sales enquiries.
  • Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
  • Maintain customer records, calling reports, and sales data.
  • Perform basic data entry and back-office operations.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
