Sales & Marketing Executive

UNIPAVE Engineering Products is looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to market road-construction machinery, including Paver Finishers and Road Milling Machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and identify potential customers

• Meet road contractors, infrastructure companies and government contractors

• Explain machine features, benefits and commercial offers

• Prepare quotations and regularly follow up with customers

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

• Coordinate with the technical and service teams

• Travel across Gujarat and other assigned territories as required

• Maintain proper records of enquiries, meetings and sales progress

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B, industrial equipment, construction machinery, automobile or related sales

• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of road-construction equipment will be an advantage

• Willingness to travel regularly

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email and WhatsApp

• Must have a valid driving licence and preferably own a two-wheeler

• Ability to communicate in Gujarati, Hindi and basic English

Qualification:

Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering preferred. Candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
