Job Description
Sales & Client Success Executive
We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused professional to manage enquiries, increase online sales, and coordinate client appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Handle WhatsApp, phone calls, and email enquiries.
- Convert leads into sales.
- Manage appointments and follow-ups.
- Assist customers with reports and consultation bookings.
- Maintain customer records and CRM.
- Support daily business operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Good computer skills (Google Workspace/MS Office).
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Salary: Based on experience + Performance Incentives.
