🚨 WE’RE HIRING | SALES EXECUTIVE
📍 Location: Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad
🕐 Working Hours: Mon–Sat | 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
💰 Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA + Performance Incentives
✨ About the Role
Mila Aesthetics is looking for a confident and target-driven Sales Executive to manage the complete sales journey — from lead generation and consultation booking to conversion and revenue.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound leads from Meta Ads, website, WhatsApp & walk-ins.
Handle lead follow-ups and drive consultation bookings.
Maintain and update the CRM and sales pipeline.
Track lead quality, conversions and revenue performance.
Handle pricing discussions and customer objections.
Coordinate consultations with the clinical team.
Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales reports.
Ensure all leads are properly captured and followed up.
👩💼 Requirements
Experience in sales, preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, wellness or high-ticket sales.
Good knowledge of CRM & sales funnels.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent English + Gujarati/Hindi communication.
Strong follow-up and target-achievement mindset.
Female candidates preferred.
