Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle sales, customer service, and general shop operations in our power tools and machinery store.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend to customers and understand their requirements.
• Recommend and sell suitable power tools, machinery, accessories, and spare parts.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain good product knowledge and conduct product demonstrations.
• Check, arrange, and maintain stock and product displays.
• Assist with stock counting, packing, deliveries, and customer collections.
• Handle basic billing, payments, and customer records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and technicians when required.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the manager/owner.
• RequirementsPrevious sales/retail experience preferred.
• Experience with power tools, machinery, hardware, or electrical products is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Reliable, punctual, honest, and willing to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy shop environment
