Job Title: Sales Executive

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a hardcore, target-oriented B2B sales professional who is highly active in field sales, new customer acquisition and business development.
Candidates from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, BlackBuck, B2B marketplace, subscription sales, telecom sales, SaaS sales or similar target-driven sales backgrounds will be preferred.
Candidate should be strong in:
* Hardcore cold calling and lead generation
* New customer acquisition
* Field meetings and customer visits
* Follow-up and conversion
* Negotiation and closing
* Working under monthly sales targets
* Building customer relationships
* Maintaining daily sales activity reports
* Willingness to travel within assigned territory
For Infra Division: Candidates with experience in equipment, rental companies, infrastructure, construction, automotive, tyres, lubricants or spare-parts sales will be preferred.
For Industry Division: Candidates with prior experience in Industrial Safety / PPE / Industrial Products sales will be preferred.

* 50+ customer calls
* 5 physical customer meetings
* 5+ new prospects added
* 15+ follow-ups
* Minimum 2–3 quotations / business proposals
* 100% daily CRM / sales reporting
* Continuous new-customer hunting
