Mox Fabricators & Engineers is an Ahmedabad-based manufacturer and supplier of industrial lifting and material handling equipment. The company is looking for a Sales Engineer to handle incoming queries from platforms like IndiaMART, understand client requirements, explain suitable crane and material handling solutions, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships.

- 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 📞 Call leads received through IndiaMART and other platforms to understand customer requirements.
- 💬 Brief clients about suitable products and crane solutions based on their needs.
- 📈 Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
- 🏗️ Visit client sites to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- 📋 Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- 🤝 Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- ⚙️ Coordinate with Engineering & Production teams for smooth project execution.
- 📊 Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- 🏢 Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
- 🎯 Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- 🤝 Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- 📞 Confident in calling clients and understanding their requirements.
- 🎤 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- 🚗 Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- 🏭 Experience in Industrial Equipment, Engineering Products, Material Handling, Heavy Machinery, Capital Goods, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
- 💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES:
- 💵 Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000/month as per skill and experience
- 🎯 Incentive: ₹20,000+ as per performance
