Job Title: HVAC Sales Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (local candidates only)

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

(negotiable based on experience and technical knowledge)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Sales Engineer who can understand technical requirements, build strong client relationships, and convert opportunities into business. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys field interaction, has strong product knowledge, and wants to grow in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients, understand their HVAC needs, and recommend the right solutions

• Present HVAC systems such as VRV, cassette units, ducted systems, chillers, and filtration solutions with confidence

• Conduct site visits, gather technical inputs, and coordinate with the design and engineering teams

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical submissions

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, and industry contacts

• Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure repeat business

• Keep track of industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings

• Support clients during project execution and provide prompt after-sales coordination

What You Must Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Experience in HVAC sales or a similar technical sales role

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and application-based solutions

• Confident communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to manage field sales activities and travel for client meetings

• Self-driven approach with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
