Job SummaryDewansh Marketing is looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Executive / Telecaller who can communicate with customers, generate leads, book appointments, and support the sales team. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge and a strong interest in sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInform customers about the company’s products/services, features, benefits, and offers.
• Generate leads through phone calls and other sources.
• Book appointments for the field sales staff.
• Understand customers’ needs and requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Handle calls professionally and confidently for an extended period.
• Follow up with leads received through different sources.
• Maintain records of leads, customer details, calls, and appointments.
• Coordinate with field sales executives for lead conversion.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales/calling targets.
• Maintain good relationships with prospective customers.
• Candidate RequirementsBasic computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Comfortable using computers for sales-related work, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
• Willingness to work toward sales targets.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Freshers with good communication and computer skills can apply.
