Sales Coordinator

Job Title : Sales Coordinator – Dyes & Intermediates

Industry: Dyes Manufacturing

Location : GIDC Estate, Odhav Rd, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382415

Experience : 1 to 5 Year

Working Day : 6 Days

Key Responsibilities :

* Handle customer enquiries and coordinate timely quotations and follow-ups.

* Communicate with customers through calls, email, and WhatsApp regarding orders, samples, and pending requirements.

* Coordinate sample requests, lab preparation, dispatch, and customer feedback.

* Coordinate confirmed orders with production, stores, dispatch, and accounts teams.

* Track order status, dispatches, committed dates, and pending requirements.

* Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and collections.

* Update CRM/ERP for enquiries, quotations, samples, orders, dispatches, and collections.

* Maintain sales trackers and prepare MIS reports for management.

* Coordinate with sales and internal departments to resolve pending issues and ensure timely execution.

Key Requirements :

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM/ERP, Email, and MIS reporting

* Strong follow-up, coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

* Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple follow-ups and deadlines.

* Timely quotation and sample coordination.

* No missed customer follow-ups.

* Accurate and up-to-date CRM / ERP records.

* Improved visibility of pending orders, dispatches and collections.

* Faster coordination between sales and internal departments
