Job Description

A digital retail sales coordinator and field sales role supports online and offline store partners, manages digital orders, tracks field leads, and helps clients use digital sales tools. This hybrid job combines office coordination with on-ground visits to boost retail sales.



Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Process digital orders and answer client calls.
  • Field Visits: Meet local retail partners to pitch digital platforms.
  • Data Tracking: Update daily sales reports and lead logs.
  • Coordination: Work with the tech and delivery teams to fix issues.

Required Skills

  • Communication: Speak clearly with store owners and team members.
  • Tech Skills: Use mobile apps, CRM tools, and MS Excel.
  • Travel: Visit local retail shops on regular work days.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve order or platform issues quickly.



Basic Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience: Zero to two years in sales support or retail marketing.
  • Language: Good local language and basic English skills.
