About the RoleLiverpool Clothing is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail experience, and a passion for achieving business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly sales targets and maximize store profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain VM (Visual Merchandising) standards as per company guidelines.
• Monitor daily store operations, billing, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Control stock movement, shrinkage, and stock discrepancies.
• Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and store hygiene.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of store staff.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in apparel, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
• Good knowledge of retail KPIs, inventory management, and store operations.
• Comfortable using POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
