🍽️ Premium South Indian Fine Dining Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the overall operations of our premium fine-dining restaurant and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete restaurant operations, including Front of House and coordination with the Kitchen.
• Ensure premium standards of guest service, hospitality, ambience, and dining experience.
• Drive revenue, profitability, sales, and overall business performance.
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage the restaurant team.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, grooming, and discipline.
• Manage staffing, rosters, inventory, operational costs, and restaurant SOPs.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution of concerns.
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef and management for menu launches, events, promotions, and business initiatives.
• Monitor daily operations, MIS, food & beverage costs, and overall P&L performance.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety, licensing, and statutory requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in premium/fine-dining restaurants, hotels, or hospitality brands.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager / General Manager / Operations Manager.
• Strong understanding of fine-dining service standards and restaurant business operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, team-management, and guest-handling skills.
• Strong commercial understanding with experience in revenue generation and cost control.
• Candidates with experience in premium South Indian or regional Indian restaurants will be preferred.
