Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair faulty CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and other surveillance products.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and electronic circuit-related problems.
  • Identify defective components using appropriate testing equipment.
  • Perform component-level repair, replacement, soldering, and rework.
  • Check power supply, PCB, connectors, ICs, capacitors, resistors, and other electronic components.
  • Test repaired products to ensure proper functionality and quality.
  • Analyze returned/defective products and identify the root cause of failure.
  • Maintain proper records of repaired, rejected, and pending products.
  • Coordinate with the Quality, R&D, Production, and Service teams for technical issues.
  • Follow standard repair procedures and maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.
  • Ensure repaired products meet defined quality and performance standards.
  • Support the team in reducing product rejection and improving repair efficiency.
