Job Description
RELATIONSHIP OFFICER - Premium Customer
Are you an experienced sales or banking professional looking for your next career opportunity?
Join Axis Bank’s Affluent Card Business and take responsibility for premium customer acquisition, relationship management and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Premium credit card sales through branch channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium customers
- Generate new business through leads, referrals and direct outreach
- Cross-sell relevant banking products and services
- Work closely with branch teams to maximize business opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Banking, Credit Cards or Financial Services preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Customer-focused with a strong business mindset
- Self-motivated, ambitious and result-oriented
