Job Description
Area of work / Job responsibilities –
• To develop understanding about varied industries / sectors, client business and manpower vacancies across technical / non-technical functions.
• Establish a pool of relevant applicants by sourcing & screening candidates though portals, internal database, reference based calling, head-hunting etc.
• Counselling suitable candidates for international job assignments and explain them benefits and perks offered by the company.
• Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates and supporting them with pre / post interview assessment.
• Giving proper and timely consultation to the candidates on their application status.
• Interacting closely with candidates offered and yet to join. Assist them in on-boarding / migration formalities (if any) as requested by the clients.
• Ensuring smooth relieving of candidates from their ongoing employment.
• Maintaining daily work-sheets and successful submissions.
• Acting as SPOC for the candidates throughout the recruitment process.
