Job Description

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Insurance, Banking or Automobile Sales will be preferred.
  • Candidate should be confident, energetic and target-oriented.
  • Good knowledge of Bopal, South Bopal, Shela and nearby areas will be an advantage.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
  • Comfortable with customer calls, follow-ups and property site visits.
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and CRM.
  • Generate and handle property leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
  • Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
  • Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
  • Explain property details, pricing and investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
  • Maintain customer and lead records.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
