Property ki chain of documents verify karna
Encumbrance Certificate (EC) aur registration records ki checking
7/12, property card, mutation/revenue records ka knowledge
Land/property ke legal disputes & litigation identify karna
RERA & Real Estate Laws ki working knowledge
Stamp Duty & Registration process ka knowledge
Legal risks identify karke clear legal opinion/report dena
Builder/developer ke property documents review karna
Strong documentation, drafting & communication skills
Government/revenue/registration offices ke process ka practical knowledge
2–5+ years relevant property/legal experience preferred
