Job Description

Prepare the purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

Identify and contact vendors for quotations.

Compare quotations and prepare comparison sheets.

Negotiate price, delivery, and payment terms.

Place the purchase orders after approval.

Follow up with vendors for timely delivery.

Coordinate with the internal team for material requirements.

Track the pending orders and delivery status.

Maintain the vendor database.

Check the purchase invoices against purchase orders.

Coordinate with accounts for invoice processing.

Maintain the purchase records and documentation.

Monitor the stock requirements (if applicable).

Handle returns or replacements with vendors.

Perform other tasks assigned by management.
