Job Description for the position of Property Acquisition Manager
Reporting to – Leasing Head
Qualification – MBA - Marketing / Any bachelor’s Degree
Experience in Years – Min. 2 years Location:
Ahmedabad (Head Office)
New property hunting & Meeting with property developer / concern person take proper understanding of property and technical details.
• To meet existing property developer and take other modification details.
• Build relationship with New & Existing clients
• Conduct meeting
• Other work assigned by the Management
Competencies Required:
• Excellent Communication, can work on field, Ready to travel in Gujarat, M.P., Rajasthan and, Maharashtra.
• Two-wheeler must
• Gujarati language must
