Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning: Plan daily/weekly production as per orders
- Team Handling: Manage technicians, assign shifts and work
- Quality Control: Ensure all instruments meet QC standards & ISO process
- Machine & Tools: Monitor calibration of instruments, tools, and machines
- Documentation: Maintain production reports, daily output, rejection, downtime
- Safety: Follow all safety norms on shop floor
- Coordination: Coordinate with QA, Stores
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of instrumentation process (assembly, testing, calibration)
- Manpower handling & leadership
- Problem solving on shop floor
- Basic computer - Excel, ERP/SAP
Qualification:
ITI/Diploma / B.E. in Instrumentation / EC/ Electrical /
- 3-6 years experience in instruments manufacturing
