Production Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage event production and on-ground execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, decorators, suppliers, and manpower teams.
• Handle stage setup, branding, production materials, equipment, and other event requirements.
• Conduct site visits and understand production requirements before events.
• Supervise the complete setup and execution at the event venue.
• Monitor vendor and manpower work and ensure timely completion.
• Handle production-related quotations, requirements, follow-ups, and basic documentation.
• Manage basic office/ODC work such as coordination, data entry, reports, follow-ups, and Excel work.
• Coordinate material movement, dispatch, collection, and return after events.
• Support the team in handling multiple events and ensure smooth execution.
• Resolve on-ground issues quickly and coordinate with the concerned teams.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience in Event Management, Event Production, Exhibition, Activation, or related fields is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable with field and on-ground work.
• Basic knowledge of powerpoint ,MS Excel, Word, and Email.
• Ability to coordinate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Good time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours depending on event requirements.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Salary: 15000 to 20000 + insentive Travel/Other Benefits as Applicable
