Job Description
Personal Secretary to Founder
Location: Ahmedabad
Type: Full-time/Part-time
We are looking for a smart, dynamic, presentable and organized Personal Secretary to support the Founder with day-to-day coordination, planning, scheduling, communication and administrative responsibilities.
- Key Responsibilities: Manage knowledge base, calendar, meetings, appointments and reminders.
- Coordinate with external parties.
- Maintain task lists and actively follow up on pending matters.
- Handle travel bookings, appointments and selected personal administrative work.
- Organize documents, records, spreadsheets and important information.
- Take meeting notes and track action items.
- Handle confidential business and personal information with discretion.
- Candidate Profile: Smart, dynamic and presentable personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, dependable and comfortable taking ownership.
- Good knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp.
- High standards of confidentiality.
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Personal Secretary is preferred.
