Our clients rely on us for managing their Accounting and Payroll activities so they can focus on their business while we deliver timely and hassle-free services for all their financial needs. Viral KPO are seeking payroll executives with experience of managing payrolls for its clients in the UK.

Payroll analysts work closely with a payroll manager, take ownership of the project and contribute to its timely and accurate delivery. The ideal candidate is highly self-directed, with strong understanding of the UK payroll, and the motivation to continually deliver the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

Process UK payroll accurately and on time for clients

Handle payroll using HMRC approved payroll software (i.e. Moneysoft Payroll Manager, Bright Pay, Xero Payroll and similar software)

Ensure compliance with UK payroll and taxation regulations

Manage payroll-related submissions including RTI, FPS, and EPS

Respond to client payroll queries via email independently and professionally

Prepare payroll summaries and reconciliations using Excel and Numbers

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Well-versed with MS Excel and Numbers
• 1+ year of experience with UK payroll
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll and taxation
• Ability to communicate directly with clients via email
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently and effectively
