Job Description

Office upkeep — maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment day to day

✓ Errands & procurement — handle office supplies, vendor pickups, bank/courier runs, and other outside-office tasks

✓ Admin support — assist with basic documentation, filing, and record-keeping

✓ Hospitality — manage guest/visitor hosting, tea/coffee, and meeting room setup

✓ Logistics support — assist with inventory movement, packaging, or courier dispatch as needed

✓ Team support — run small errands and support tasks for the founder and team as they come up
