Medical Representative (MR)

Job Title. 

Medical Representative – Dermatology / Cosmetology 

Job Purpose : 

To promote dermatology products to doctors, clinics, build strong professional relationships, and achieve sales targets while maintaining ethical and scientific detailing.

Key Responsibilities : 

Visit dermatologists, cosmetologists and other relevant stake holders regularly.

Promote derma products through scientific detailing, product presentations, and follow-ups.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Build and maintain relationships with dermatology / cosmetology professionals and key opinion leaders.

Ensure product availability, visibility, and prescription generation in the assigned territory.

Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.

Maintain accurate visit reports, sales records, and market feedback.

Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns, CMEs, and promotional activities.

Follow company SOPs, compliance rules, and ethical marketing practices.

Play active role in company’s sales strategy 

Required Skills: 

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Good knowledge of dermatology products, skin conditions, and treatment categories.

Sales and negotiation ability.

Relationship-building and territory management.

Time management and reporting discipline.

Basic computer and CRM skills.

Preferred Qualifications

B. Pharm, Diploma in Pharm, B.Sc., or a related healthcare/pharmacy background.

3 – 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably dermatology.

Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated personality.

Salary : Upto 5.0 LPA CTC.
