Job Description

  • Operate conventional/lathe machines for machining various components.
  • Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
  • Perform turning, facing, drilling, threading, boring and other machining operations.
  • Set and adjust cutting tools, machine parameters and workpieces.
  • Check dimensions of finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer and gauges.
  • Qualification & ExperienceQualification: ITI – Fitter/Machinist or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1–5 years in lathe machine operation preferred.
