📝 JOB SUMMARY

• Handle an International Voice Sales Process for a Canadian Telecom client and promote telecom products and services in the Canadian market.

• Manage the complete sales process from outbound calling and customer interaction to negotiation and sales closure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads and build a customer database.

• Handle outbound and cold calling with international clients.

• Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable telecom products/services.

• Manage sales calls from pitch to closure.

• Negotiate pricing and offers with customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Maintain and update customer data accurately
