Associate – International Voice Process
Medical Record Retrieval
📍 Location: Ahmedabad – Work From Office
🌙 Shift: US Shift
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month
Job Summary
We are looking for an Associate – International Voice Process to handle medical record retrieval activities for US healthcare clients. The role involves communicating with healthcare providers and medical facilities in the US to obtain and follow up on medical records.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US healthcare providers and medical facilities.
Request and retrieve medical records as per client requirements.
Follow up on pending medical record requests.
Verify and update relevant information in internal systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of requests.
Maintain productivity and quality standards.
Handle confidential patient information with professionalism and maintain data privacy.
Eligibility
Graduates / Undergraduates can apply.
1–2 years of experience in International Voice Process or Medical Record Retrieval is preferred.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also be considered.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Good computer and typing skills.
Comfortable working in a US shift environment.
