Interior Fit-out Supervisor

*We're Hiring | Interior Fit-out Projects (BFSI) – MP & Gujarat*

Avdharna Infrasol Pvt. Ltd., Indore (est. 1991, ISO 9001:2015) is expanding its execution team for interior fit-out works for banks, NBFCs and financial institutions – branches, offices, retail outlets and currency chests.

*Open Positions*

1⃣ *Project Manager – 1*

5+ yrs in interior fit-outs, with experience running multiple sites at once. Handles planning, client & vendor coordination, billing, quality and handover.

2⃣ *Senior Site Supervisor – 2*

3–5 yrs. Runs a site independently from start to handover – labour, contractors, materials, measurements and daily reporting.

3⃣ *Junior Site Supervisor – 2*

1–2 yrs. Supervises day-to-day site work and supports the senior team.

*What We Look For*

✅ Hands-on with civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, electrical & MEP coordination

✅ Bank branch / BFSI fit-out experience preferred; currency chest / strong room work a plus

✅ Can read drawings & BOQs, take measurements and prepare bills

✅ Willing to travel and stay at sites across MP & Gujarat

📍 Location: Madhya Pradesh & Gujarat (site-based)

💰 Salary: As per experience
