Job Description:

  • Handle inbound inquiries and generate sales leads through calls, WhatsApp and other online channels.
  • Contact potential customers, understand their requirements and provide suitable product information.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with existing and new customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical team for product requirements and order processing.
  • Maintain customer data, lead status and follow-up records.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills are required.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and computer operations.
  • Experience in industrial equipment / machinery sales will be an added advantage.
