Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess profiles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Understand job requirements and source relevant candidates accordingly.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
- Requirements1+ year of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Good knowledge of Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers are not preferred; candidates with recruitment experience will be considered.
