Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requirement to joining.
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare appropriate Job Descriptions.
- Source candidates through APNA. Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, and job requirements.
- Schedule interviews with management/department heads and coordinate the complete interview process.
- Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, offer acceptance, and joining.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Handle recruitment for positions across Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Administration, and other functions.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring status reports to management.
- Other HR activities like employee engagement, attendance, documentation etc.
