About the RoleLuxurya Cars Pvt Ltd (Caryanams) is a premier automotive destination specializing in pre-owned and luxury vehicles. We are looking for an energetic HR & Admin Manager to oversee our workforce operations, drive talent acquisition (especially for sales, CRE, and technical roles), manage showroom administrative tasks, and enforce HR policies.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and onboard top talent across Telesales, Customer Relationship Executives (CRE), Showroom Sales, and Maintenance teams.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Build a professional culture tailored for luxury retail interactions; manage grievances and boost team morale.
  • Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Maintain attendance, calculate incentives, process monthly payroll, and ensure full compliance with labor standards.
  • Facility & Showroom Administration: Manage vendor contracts, facility maintenance, IT assets, showroom upkeep, and office utility logistics.
  • Performance Appraisals: Oversee quarterly/annual employee performance evaluations and KPI tracking.
