Credit Analysis Support: Input financial data into credit appraisal systems and calculate debt-to-income ratios to support credit managers in risk assessment.

Property Coordination: Liaison with empanelled legal advisors and technical valuators to initiate property title checks and physical valuation reports.

Disbursement Processing: Verify that all pre-disbursement conditions (such as property registration or margin money payment) are met, and initiate the preparation of loan agreements and cheque processing.

Database Maintenance: Systematically update data in the core banking software or CRM throughout the loan lifecycle (from login to sanction, disbursement, and closure).

Compliance & Auditing: Identify and flag fraudulent documents, discrepancies in application files, or deviations from lending policies to internal compliance or risk teams.

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Home Loan Back Office Executive to join our mortgage operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administrative processing of retail home loan applications. You will review applicant files, verify financial documentation, coordinate with legal and technical valuation teams, and ensure risk compliance before final loan disbursement.
