Full-stack Developer

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and technically skilled Full Stack Developer to join our IT & Software Development team.

The ideal candidate should have basic to intermediate knowledge of both Frontend and Backend Development, with an understanding of modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving websites, web applications, CRM systems, ERP solutions, and customized software applications based on business and client requirements.

Freshers with strong fundamentals, practical project experience, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Frontend DevelopmentDevelop responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications.
• Work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Create reusable components and maintain clean frontend code.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Ensure websites and applications are mobile-responsive.
• Identify and fix frontend bugs and performance issues.
• Work on user interface (UI) improvements and application functionality.
• 2. Backend DevelopmentDevelop and maintain backend applications using Node.js and Express.js.
• Understand and implement basic server-side functionality.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Handle database connectivity and data management.
• Implement basic authentication, authorization, and user management functionality.
• Troubleshoot backend errors and API-related issues.
• Maintain application performance, reliability, and basic security.
• 3. Database ManagementBasic knowledge of MongoDB and/or MySQL.
• Perform CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete).
• Understand database structures, relationships, and queries.
• Connect databases with backend applications.
• Maintain data accuracy and application functionality.
• 4. Website & Software DevelopmentAssist in developing dynamic websites and custom web applications.
• Work on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Support ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software development.
• Develop dashboards, admin panels, and business management modules.
• Assist in integrating third-party APIs and external services.
• Work with the development team on ongoing client projects.
• 5. Testing, Debugging & MaintenanceIdentify and resolve application bugs.
• Test frontend and backend functionalities.
• Optimize websites and applications for performance.
• Maintain existing applications and implement requested changes.
• Follow basic coding standards and development best practices.
• 6. Team Collaboration & ReportingCoordinate with senior developers, designers, and project managers.
• Understand assigned project requirements and development tasks.
• Provide regular updates on assigned work.
• Complete development tasks within agreed timelines.
