We are looking for a friendly, organised person to handle customer enquiries and coordinate orders from the first call through to the production and packing teams.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries promptly and courteously.
• Explain our sweets, chocolates, hampers, prices, packaging options and gifting process.
• Invite interested customers to visit the store to see products and discuss their requirements.
• Record every order accurately, including items, quantities, packaging, delivery or pickup date, address, payment status and any special instructions.
• Confirm order details with the customer before passing the order to the team.
• Prepare clear production sheets and packing sheets for each order, and communicate changes promptly.
• Follow up with the production and packing teams to check that orders are ready on time.
• Update customers on order status and coordinate pickups or deliveries.
• Maintain an organised record of enquiries, confirmed orders and pending follow-ups.
• What we’re looking for clear and polite communication in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when recording quantities, dates and custom gifting instructions.
• Comfort using WhatsApp, phone calls and basic spreadsheets or order records.
• A calm, helpful approach during busy festive periods.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail or order coordination is preferred.

The key measure of success: Customers receive clear answers, and every confirmed order reaches the production and packing teams with complete, accurate instructions.
