Position: Floor Manager
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 3–5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day floor operations.
Lead, guide, and monitor the floor staff/team.
Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company SOPs.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift allocation.
Handle customer/patient queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor team performance and productivity.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS and operational reports.
Ensure quality, discipline, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
