Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our customer base in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential customers, generating leads, and achieving assigned sales targets through field visits.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits to identify and approach potential customers.
• Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Present and explain products/services to customers.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, visits, and sales activities.
• Prepare regular field-sales reports for management.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Requirements3–4 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar sales role.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and nearby areas.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, MS Office, and sales reporting.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
