Job Description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Visit prospective customers such as SMEs, retailers, distributors, manufacturers, and other businesses.
- Understand customer requirements related to accounting, GST, inventory, payroll, and business management.
- Explain and demonstrate relevant Tally solutions and services to prospective customers.
- Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert qualified prospects into sales.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order processing and implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on Tally products, features, pricing, and relevant business/accounting requirements.
- Participate in local marketing activities, customer meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and business networking events.
- Coordinate with the support/implementation team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for upgrades, renewals, and additional services.
