Field Sales Executive

About the Role

ELPOIR is hiring an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive willing to travel across Gujarat to promote our Salon Business App, meet salon owners, and expand our business network.

This is a field-based traveling position, not a desk job. The selected candidate will visit different cities, towns, and districts throughout Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel extensively across Gujarat to visit salons, beauty parlours, spas, and beauty professionals.

- Meet salon owners face-to-face and demonstrate the ELPOIR Business App.

- Explain app features, including online bookings, salon management, staff management, services, offers, and customer discovery.

- Help salon owners download the app, register, and complete their business profiles.

- Achieve a target of 50 to 100 successfully onboarded salons per month.

- Identify new business opportunities in different cities and districts.

- Plan daily salon visits and manage assigned territories.

- Maintain daily visit, lead, registration, and activation reports.

- Attend a daily one-on-one evening meeting with management via video call.

- Follow up with salon owners to ensure successful onboarding.

Travel Requirements

- Must be willing to travel extensively throughout Gujarat.

- Comfortable visiting multiple cities, towns, and rural areas.

- Willing to stay overnight outside their home city when required.

- Must be able to plan and manage travel schedules independently.

- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 12th pass.

- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.

- Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills.

- Basic smartphone and mobile app knowledge.

- Self-disciplined and comfortable working independently.

- Sales experience preferred but not mandatory.

- Target-driven with a willingness to travel frequently.
