Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, informing them about car servicing schedules promotion and offers, as well as booking appointments and maintaining customer relations.


Key Responsibilities :

1] Make a outbound calls to customers regarding car servicing remainders, offers, and follow-ups,

2] Explain service packages, maintenance schedules, and benefits to customers

3] Book Appointment for car servicing and update them in the system.
