Job Description
ROLE:
We are looking for a market-driven International Sales Manager who can build overseas markets, acquire international clients, and drive export revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new international markets and identify high-potential territories.
- Generate and convert international B2B leads into business.
- Develop relationships with importers, distributors, dealers and overseas clients.
- Handle end-to-end export sales: Enquiry → Negotiation → Order → Shipment → Payment.
- Achieve export sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor international market trends, competitors and pricing.
- Coordinate with logistics, production and documentation teams for smooth order execution.
- Represent the company in international exhibitions, client meetings and market visits.
REQUIRED
- 5–10 years of experience in Export / International Sales.
- Strong experience in new market development and international B2B sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and client-management skills.
- Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms and international trade.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
