डिलीवरी बॉय की आवश्यकता | Trusted Staffing Service में शामिल हों
हमारी कंपनी Trusted Staffing Service को Swiggy, Zepto, Zomato जैसी अग्रणी डिलीवरी कंपनियों के लिए काम करने वाले डिलीवरी बॉय की आवश्यकता है। इस भूमिका में उम्मीदवारों को सामानों की पिकअप और डिलीवरी करना होगा, साथ ही ग्राहकों को समय पर और उत्कृष्ट सेवा प्रदान करनी होगी।
- मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:Swiggy, Zepto, Zomato जैसी कंपनियों के ऑर्डर को ग्राहकों तक सुरक्षित और समय पर पहुँचाना।
- ऑर्डर से पहले और बाद में उसकी पुष्टि करना — सही सामान, सही ग्राहक और सही चार्ज।
- वाहन में सामान लोड और अनलोड करने में सहायता करना।
- (यदि लागू हो) डिलीवरी पर पेमेंट लेना।
- ग्राहकों के सवालों का जवाब देना और उनकी शिकायतों को हल करना।
- ट्रैफिक नियमों का पालन करना और एक साफ-सुथरा ड्राइविंग रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
- डिलीवरी से संबंधित रिपोर्ट्स और आवश्यक दस्तावेज तैयार करना।
- नौकरी की आवश्यकताएँ:न्यूनतम योग्यता: 10वीं से कम।
- अनुभव: 0 से 0.5 वर्ष।
- ज़रूरी स्किल्स: समय प्रबंधन, ग्राहक सेवा, ईमानदारी और जिम्मेदारी।
- यदि आपने पहले Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto या अन्य डिलीवरी प्लेटफॉर्म पर काम किया है, तो यह अतिरिक्त लाभ होगा।
