Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and improve overall operational performance.

• Key Responsibilities
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
• Maintain accurate and updated databases and records.
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy.
• Use Excel and other analytical tools to analyze business data.
• Create and maintain MIS reports and performance reports.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand data requirements.
• Present data-driven insights to management.
• Support business teams with data analysis and reporting requirements.

• Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, etc.).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization and reporting.
• Good understanding of data management and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.

• Educational Qualification
• Graduation in any discipline / Any Degree Completed
• Candidates with a background in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or related fields will be preferred.
