Customer Sales & E-commerce Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office)

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month + performance-based sales incentives

About Tatva Health Care

Tatva Health Care is a growing health, nutrition, and wellness brand offering products such as peanut butter, honey, herbal supplements, and healthy food products.

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused individual who enjoys communicating with people, building customer relationships, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling & Sales — Primary Responsibility

• Make outbound calls to customers who have enquired about our products through our website and advertising.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and ordering procedures clearly.
• Reconnect with previous customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Handle customer objections professionally and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain records of customer calls, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

2. WhatsApp Customer Communication

• Follow up with potential customers through WhatsApp.
• Share product information, offers, and order details.
• Follow up with customers who have not completed their purchases.
• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat orders.

3. E-commerce & Business Support

• Assist with online order management and dispatch coordination.
• Help resolve customer queries related to orders and deliveries.
• Maintain customer and sales records using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Support promotional campaigns and basic e-commerce activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills are a must, both spoken and written.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and following up with customers professionally.
• Good sales, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over WhatsApp.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and Excel/Google Sheets.
• A positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn.
• Experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or e-commerce is preferred.

Knowledge of Hindi is an advantage. Gujarati is not a requirement.

Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
