Job Description
Service Coordinator / Customer Care Executive – JDResponsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, queries, and service requests.
- Coordinate with the Service Engineer team for customer complaints and service visits.
- Schedule service calls and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain service records, customer details, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and service requirements.
- Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer/ERP knowledge. (Not compulsory)
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in customer care/service coordination preferred.
- Good English & Hindi communication skills.
