🎮 Job Opening – Gaming Zone OperatorPausenPlay Gaming LoungeWe are looking for a responsible, energetic and gaming-friendly Gaming Zone Operator to handle the day-to-day operations of PausenPlay.

• Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and assign PC / PS5 / VR / Simulator gaming stations.
• Start, stop and monitor customer gaming sessions.
• Handle billing and payments through Cash, UPI, etc.
• Explain gaming rates, packages, memberships and ongoing offers.
• Help customers start games and set up controllers/headsets.
• Handle basic troubleshooting of PCs, PS5s, controllers, games, internet and other gaming equipment.
• Make sure all gaming stations are properly working before assigning them.
• Keep track of controllers, headphones and other accessories and prevent damage/loss.
• Maintain cleanliness of gaming desks, controllers, PCs, consoles and the overall gaming area.
• Manage customer waiting time and allocate systems efficiently during busy hours.
• Maintain basic records of daily sales, expenses and payments.
• Report technical problems, damaged equipment or unusual issues immediately.
• Ensure customers follow PausenPlay rules and handle customers politely but firmly when required.
• Maintain a friendly and energetic gaming environment.
• Assist with tournaments, offers and gaming events whenever organized.
• Perform opening/closing duties according to the assigned shift.
• Candidate RequirementsBasic knowledge of PC gaming and PlayStation.
• Familiarity with games such as Valorant, CS2, GTA V, EA FC/FIFA, Forza, Tekken, Call of Duty, etc. is preferred.
• Basic Windows/computer troubleshooting knowledge.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Honest and responsible, especially while handling cash and expensive gaming equipment.
• Punctual and comfortable working independently.
• Able to handle multiple customers during peak hours.
• Freshers can apply — gaming knowledge and willingness to learn are more important than previous experience.
